Resetting your Graduate Portal password

Or follow the steps

1. Go to ronin.co.za and select the Login button in the top right hand corner.
2. On the sign-in page, select Forgot password? beneath the password field.
3. Enter the email address your membership is registered to.
4. We will email you a reset link. Open it and choose a new password.

Your username is your email address

There is no separate username to recover — you sign in with the email address your membership is registered to.

If that email address has changed since you graduated, you will not be able to reset your password yourself, because the reset link goes to the old address. Email us at info@ronin.co.za and we will update your record.

If the reset email does not arrive

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is still missing, the address you entered is probably not the one we hold on your record — email info@ronin.co.za and we will check which address your membership is under.
