Requesting Your Australian Certificate III (Past Graduates)
Good news for our Australian graduates: the Certificate III in Close Protection Operations — the qualification you need to apply for a close protection licence in Australia — is now just one button away, no matter how long ago you walked our halls.
In Short — sign in to the member portal, open Graduate Services → Australian Pathway and press Request My Observation Report. We handle the paperwork and introduce you to our Australian partner by email. That is genuinely all there is to it.
What Happens When You Press the Button
- We complete your Observation Report. This is the instructor’s detailed record of the skills you demonstrated on your Close Protection Course — the core evidence for your application. It is generated and signed automatically, using your course dates from our records.
- We hand it to Panoptic Solutions. Your report is placed directly in a folder shared with Panoptic Solutions, our graduate-owned Australian partner, who manage the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) application in collaboration with Asset College, a Registered Training Organisation (RTO #31718).
- One email introduces everyone. You and the Panoptic team receive a single email together — simply reply all and your application is underway.
- Panoptic takes it from there. They will ask you for your up-to-date CV (with your contact details) and a copy of your Ronin certificate, then submit the evidence to Asset College. Turnaround is typically two to three weeks, with your certificate issued within a month.
The Cost
From July 2026 onwards, Ronin SA covers the cost of the RPL process for graduates. If you graduated earlier you are very welcome on the same pathway at your own cost — the portal shows you the details before you confirm anything.
Lost Your Ronin Certificate? No problem — request a re-issue under Certificate Replacement on the same Graduate Services page. It is re-issued in digital format with your original qualification date.
If the Card Does Not Appear
The Australian Pathway card shows for graduates whose profile lists an Australian nationality. If you do not see it, your nationality is probably missing from your profile — please update your profile under “My Profile”.
