Recognition of the Emergency Care Courses in South Africa

Our Emergency Care Courses (the Close Protection Medical Assistant, the Ambulance Diploma and the Ambulance Diploma RPL) are NOT accredited by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) or the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) for registration within South Africa. As such you will NOT be able to practice / work in South Africa on the ambulances.

Having said that, our courses are United Kingdom Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) accredited and valid for work on Ambulances in the UK as well as providing you with a pathway to US or UK Paramedic should you choose to continue in this field.
