Overview
Ronin™SA produces uniquely trained Ambulance Personnel (Level 5 Diploma) who are equally at home in traditional Ambulance Services (NHS & Private) as they are in austere environments e.g. close protection, maritime & aviation.
The Emergency Care Diploma (FREC 3 - 5) consists of a Classroom Phase (6 weeks) and a Practical Phase (750 hours) which can be completed in as little as 20 weeks (via our Practical Placement Partners) or up to 18 months (1.5 years) |

Practice Placements (Post Course)You can do your 60-shift practical rotation through our Practical Placement partner Global Medical Projects with whom we have a Memorandum of Understanding. This is for your arrangement and account after successfully completing the Course. Alternatively, you are welcome to arrange your own placement anywhere in the world however prior approval via Ronin / Qualsafe Award's will need to be secured.
Please Note: Due to the fact that your qualifications will be of UK origin, the South African Health Professions Council does not permit your practical training phase to be conducted in South Africa | Career Progression to Paramedic

Location & AccommodationCape Town, South Africa Scenic Hout Bay is a lively coastal town with a lovely swimming beach and a picturesque harbour where you can buy some of the best fish and chips in the world. Accommodation Students live in modern self-catering apartments sharing a room with a colleague (same gender) close (200m) to the beach, restaurants, shops, gyms, laundry and best of all, the training center. Meals Breakfast & Dinner is taken at an assortment of local restaurants on a voucher based system.
